Bounty and Brews Beer Dinner
Café Vino had the pleasure to participate in Fortified Collaborations 5th annual Bounty and Brews beer dinner to benefit the growing project. The event is a 6 course dinner crafted with local food by some of Fort Collins finest chefs and beers paired from local breweries.
This year’s event started off with passable appetizers from our very own executive chef Brie Feilmeier assisted by our Sous Chef Matt Manuel. We served roasted beet, hazelnut and goat cheese puff pastries. Followed by potato latke with kohlrabi crème fraiche and onion pearls and rounded out with bison medallion with braised daikon radish and apple-sweet pepper relish. This course was paired with Odell Brewery’s Myrcenary Ale.
