Café Vino Farm to Table Part 3

This week’s feature farm is Native Hill Farm, a four season, family run, diversified, and intensive vegetable farm located in north Fort Collins, Colorado. We have been utilizing their garden fresh produce for almost 4 years now.  They provide us with amazing veggies such as swiss chard, watermelon radishes, carrots and beets.

Native Hill Farm strives to cultivate the freshest and highest quality, naturally grown produce for our community. They farm year round using innovative and sustainable growing practices with a focus on passive season extension techniques, innovation, cover cropping, energy efficiency and water conservation. The farm is committed to preserving and encouraging the rich agrarian heritage of this high desert place we call home.
