We are excited to announce our annual Rosé Day, a celebration of Rosé Wine from around the world.  This event is fast becoming one of our favorite occasions of the year, with 100% of the proceeds funding a scholarship for a CSU Hospitality Management student.    

This annual initiative underscores our commitment to Colorado State University , education and community support.

With over 30 selections to enjoy, come and discover your favorites at this, "all you can taste," special event!  Cost is $30 per person

Rosé Day was initiated by Richard Taranow, a proud CSU Alum from the class of '79, and his wife, Jennifer. As the owners of Café Vino, they saw this event as a meaningful way to give back to the CSU community. 

The focus of the Hospitality and Event Management  Department aligns with the shared values of leadership, hospitality, and community - mindedness.
