This dinner will hightlight this and other region’s signature style, featuring elegant Pinot Noir alongside vibrant, food-friendly white wines that showcase Oregon’s reputation for cool-climate excellence.

It is recognized as an UNESCO World Heritage Site due to its harmonious relationship between river, agriculture, vineyards, greenery, towns, and agriculture. The richness extends beyond the landscape and into the glass: wines defined by freshness, vibrancy, and natural elegance.

As you enjoy this guided experience with our culinary and wine team, you’ll also be supporting the future of hospitality - 100% of proceeds benefit a scholarship for a student in the Hospitality & Events Management Program and Colorado State University.
