Café Vino’s Fashion Guru, Will, Does it Again
William Maestas, produced a fundraiser-fashion show called Blush: A Fashion Engagement to support WomenGive of Larimer County (part of United Way). Blush is the third show Will has organized and produced on his own for a local non-profit organization. This time his goal was to raise funds and awareness for WomenGive while promoting shopping locally and self-sufficiency.
As always we at Café Vino felt Wills’ passion for this cause and wanted to support him in his endeavors and sponsor this event. Once again, more than half of the models in the fashion show were members of our beautiful staff (male and female), and we provided a bit of nosh for the attending guests. A majority of our staff and management team were able to show support by attending the event as well, which is unheard of on a Friday night. Thank you Leah for your incredible scheduling. The event raised over $1300 for WomenGive and the venue was at max occupancy (250 people) just an hour after the doors opened! Well done Will! Can’t wait to see what you do next!
WomenGive was started in Larimer County in 2006 by a group of passionate and caring women who wanted to create an opportunity for women in our community to come together to help other women. Today, WomenGive is comprised of a dynamic network of more than 500 members who use their financial resources to help women in Larimer County.
